Sale Over

Well, it’s the 15th, and that means that the Holiday Sale has run its course. Thanks to everyone who bought shirts while the gettin’ was good!

InnerTee Has a Sale!

Sale at InnerTee

InnerTee is having a sale to commemorate their launch! If you haven’t heard of InnerTee, and if you like t-shirts, you kind of need to come out from under your rock. Their premise is pretty simple: users (like yourself) submit graphical elements, and then you combine those elements willy-nilly to make a t-shirt. The nice people at InnerTee then print it and send it to you! This sale is the perfect excuse to check it out. Also, we don’t know when it’s going to end!

Expensiveness: $10+, not including artwork

P.S. Feel free to look at the mixes Joe’s been working on.

We Like People Like Us

Sorry about the late-ish update. But it’s still Monday on the west coast, where two of the three of us are currently located! So I think it technically still counts?

Anyway, today’s featured thingummy is People Like Us, a collective of cool chaps (and chapettes?) from Sydney, Australia who like to make extremely spiffy t-shirts. (Hey, these people are just like us! Except we’re not from Australia.)

People Like Us recently updated their website, and it looks supah-fine. I actually quite enjoyed their old site, but I think this one is even better, so good work People Like Us! I approve heartily!

Along with the site upgrade comes a handful of new tees to join an already-great line-up. (One of my personal favorites of their older designs is Monstrocity, a fun variation on the timeless Monster-Destroying-City theme.) These new tees are all part of something they call their “White” range, which are shirts printed with a new “super-technology” that allows for at least “a zillion colors, gradients, and detail you need a magnifying glass to see.” Here’s one of them, called Self Concious v2:

The colors, Duke, the colors!

“Maze” at SquidFire

I’ve been a big fan of SquidFire ever since I discovered them a little over a year ago. They’re the home of one of my favorite t-shirts ever, My Octopi, which they sadly no longer sell. You can, however, get it as a polo or as a tank top in the original blue.

But that isn’t really the point of this post. The point is their Maze t-shirt, which they released as part of their Winter ‘06 line:

Young Lovers Never Die

Young Lovers are currently in their third (that I know of) incarnation: they started as Lazy Afternoon, became Young Lovers and had a unique website that was kind of hard to navigate, and now they’re Young Lovers with a unique website that isn’t hard to navigate! When they were Lazy Afternoon, I bought two of their t-shirts: Pirate Radio and the one with the snake charmer charming monkeys out of a barrel. They’re pretty sweet!

Anyway, their t-shirts are slightly less limited edition now than they were when they were Lazy Afternoon (as Lazy Afternoon, they had a large selection of color combinations for most designs, but very few (read: 2 or fewer when I first found them) of each combo. Now their t-shirts are less limited edition (100 per design), but they are no less limited in awesomeness.

You want proof that they have unlimited awesomeness? Well, here it is:
