Over at NerdyShirts they’ve got a new Beatles/Wii crossover design. They’ve taken the iconic Let It Be album cover and recreated it using Mii representations of the four Beatles:
I’m probably not going to get this particular shirt for myself, but I’m using it as an excuse to post about NerdyShirts. It’s something I’ve been meaning to do for a few weeks now, primarily for two reasons:
- I picked up the Nintendo Family Tree back before Christmas. It’s a good-quality American Apparel shirt, and though the hand is pretty heavy, it’s not too much of a problem as the lines of the design are relatively thin.
- A not-insignificant number of their designs are excellent. Furthermore, I think the quality of their designs has generally been improving over time, which (hopefully) means that we can expect even better stuff in the future.
I should also mention that the folks at NerdyShirt have some excellent customer service. Apparently they were in the middle of moving their entire inventory just as a whole ton of orders for Nintendo Family Tree poured in. The shirts still arrived on time (and well before Christmas), even though I believe this required them to eat some extra shipping costs. So hooray, and kudos to NerdyShirts!
