Let’s Go Look for Fiddleheads

Look for Fiddleheads is a t-shirt shop over at Etsy where you can find a bunch of wonderfully olde-tyme designs plucked straight from the 19th century. From their Etsy profile:

The art on my tee shirts are from searching in very old books that belonged to my Grandmother. My favorites are the PENNY MAGAZINE; The Society For The Diffusion Of Useful Knowledge, published every Saturday (years 1834 and 1835.)

Perhaps you would be interested in wearing this shirt with this elegant image of the noble California Redwood?

Or maybe you would like to express your enduring love for Ben Franklin in the best way you know how—with a t-shirt:

Or, as the discerning t-shirt connoisseur I know you to be, perhaps you’d prefer your shirt printed to order. That, too, can be arranged, with any of five prints: a fearsome octopus, a dangilng spider, a herd of exotic animals, a ship being attacked by a serpent, or a dapper gent. Here—feast your eyes on the octopus:

The majority of the shirts are printed on women’s tees, so this site is something of a trove for all you lady-folk out there. Lucky you! Still, there are a handful of dude-friendly offerings—any of the custom prints can come on unisex tees, for instance.

There are plenty more shirts to enjoy, so if you like what you’ve seen, I strongly recommend going to their site and taking a deeper look.
