SquidFire’s latest batch of tees hasn’t made much of a splash around the t-osphere, which is pretty surprising since they seem so popular! I know I like them, at least. Maybe they’re focusing more on their retail clients (of which they have many, I believe) instead of their online storefront. But that’s just speculation. Enough jibber jabber, though. On with the tees!
One thing’s for sure: SquidFire haven’t tired of tentacles! And they probably never will, seeing as how tentacles are related to their namesake, the awe-inspiring squid. You might be saying to yourself, ‘But Joe, those aren’t tentacles! They’re plants!’ And to you I’d say, ‘I know that.’ But they’re like the tentacles in some of their other t-shirts like Attack, which is newly available in a limited edition colorway. But my favorite of their new tees?

Ant Colony. Why is this my favorite? Because it reminds me of SimAnt. I used to love expanding my colony throughout the house. It was kind of disconcerting to get your ant electrocuted by the electrical socket, though.

love the first design!
Really fresh stuff.
Who says that ant colonies are just for stoner slacker college kids? Do they really print right up the color or is that effect created some other way?
I just wish that they excluded the moles and made the ants black — simulating a standard ant colony. Then it would be a must buy.
Eden: looks to me like they just print on the collar. It’s not a big deal if you’re not worried about the print being absolutely perfect, and they print all their tees in-house if I recall correctly. I actually would like it more if it were just the ant colony without the moles as well, but I still like it as is!
Is the first guy wearing a girls shirt? The second shirt is nice though.
